  I have always appreciated how I am treated at National Tire and Battery. I trust them in their diagnosis and their pricing. Brett is a fantastic facing for the business and their whole team keeps me coming back for my ongoing car maintenance. I highly recommend NTB Westlake and believe others will appreciate the way they do business.

  Had a tire that was low on air and I needed it fixed asap. Called NTB and they got me tight in. Brett was awesome. They fixed in 40 min on a Sunday and sent me on way!! Great job NTB.

  I was out of town visiting Cleveland and ended up getting a nail in my tire, Brett took great care of me, got my tire plugged and back on the road. Professional and fast!

  I had a screw in my tire and I drove my car, without an appointment, to NTB in Westlake. They were more than willing to look at my car. I needed a key for my lug nut which was nowhere to be found in my 2025 Tucson. The Hyundai dealership in North Olmsted where I bought the car refused to help, but that's where Darren and Geno at NTB come in. They went above and beyond to help me so I wasn't stranded and were able to maneuver the lock off. They were able to patch the hole in my tire. They were friendly and so helpful. I cannot recommend these guys enough. This is who you need on your side when you are stranded with a nail in your tire!
