    I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I called them twice last week to confirm my reservation and showed up today to have no reservation. I took off of work for this appt. And was left stranded. I had to walk back to the collision center and get my car back and now need to reschedule for June. Then, my geico agent tried to reschedule and Greg - The manager - changed my reservation twice and then said I was banned from renting a car. I did not call him names, swear, or threaten him - I simply was expressing how upset I was- I really don’t know who wouldn’t be upset. I did say it was ridiculous, and if my insurance company needed to be the ones to make the reservation, I don’t know why I wasn’t told that last week when I called twice. Then, I called another number for enterprise and was told a regional manager would call me back, but they did not. Then I was told the manager from North Olmsted would call me back and he did not. You would think that I did something horrible by expressing how upset I was with the situation. Not one time did he apologize or try to be helpful in anyway. A girl was sitting next to him and she just sat there the whole time and didn’t say a word and didn’t even acknowledge me. I just don’t understand how someone could have so much power, to ban someone from an enterprise just because they’re dissatisfied and expressed their dissatisfaction to you. I could see if I was throwing things, swearing, being belligerent, calling him names, etc. but none of that took place. . Furthermore, the lady at the Collision center also said that she was going to report him. My insurance agent came back on the phone and told me that he was also rude to her. So that’s three people now that he’s being rude to, but yet I’m banned from renting a car?! I honestly am still in shock because I just recently started to become more vocal and stand up for myself, because I feel like I’ve always been too nice and I let people take advantage of me and give me poor service without expressing how dissatisfied I am… and then, when I do express myself, that this is not OK, that the whole situation was ridiculous, I get treated even worse. No one from enterprise seems to care, the North Olmsted location wasn’t at all helpful. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all or how they’re treated, they’re more worried about themselves and their egos I guess. I really don’t understand how it’s OK to treat people like that.

    I was given an excellent vehicle, with fast turnaround times, and the turn-in process couldn't have been easier! I recommend this location, and would gladly rent from them again!

    Poor service, lot was empty when we arrived to pick up our 3 week reserved vehicle at time which we were 15 minutes early for. No regard for customer service. They made us drive to another location to pick up another vehicle at different location. All manager there seemed to care about is "when will you be here? We are closing!" Said at least 4x to us..as though it was our fault our reserved vehicle wasn't on the lot 45 minutes before the reserved location closed. Then, got to 2nd location and the vehicle had not been washed and only had half tank of gas
