  Before you leave make sure they actually put oil back in your car. They caused my engine to lock and did their own “investigation” and denied my claim.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Valvoline location. This was the second time I brought my Car here for an oil change. During my previous visit, they changed the oil and reset the service reminder without any issues. This time, they only changed the oil and didn't perform any of the basic vehicle checks I expected. When I asked them to reset the oil service warning, they claimed it could only be done by a Mercedes dealer, which is simply not true because this same location reset it during my last visit. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping he could resolve the issue, but he admitted he didn't know how to reset the service reminder either. Instead of finding someone who did, they sent me away and told me to go to the dealership. This experience showed a lack of training, poor customer service, and inconsistent workmanship. Customers should not receive different answers for the exact same vehicle at the same location. I paid for professional service and left with an unresolved issue that should have been handled during the visit. I will not be returning until management ensures their technicians are properly trained and capable of performing the services they advertise.

  Unprofessional I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Valvoline location I brought my 2017 Mercedes-Benz in for an oil change at this Valvoline location. they only changed the oil and didn't appear to perform any other routine checks. When I asked them to reset the oil change warning, they told me they couldn't do it and that I would have to take the car to a Mercedes dealer. I asked to speak with the manager, but he also said he didn't know how to reset it. I was disappointed because this same location reset the service reminder for the same vehicle during my last visit. It seems the staff either wasn't properly trained or wasn't willing to perform a service they had provided before. The oil change itself was completed, but the overall experience and customer service were not what I expected. I hope they improve staff training so customers receive consistent service

  The kids was excellent and yes I'm going to call them kids because they under 50 years old they gave me a reading on my vehicle let me know what's wrong and you better believe what's wrong I'm going to take it back to them and they do whatever they have to do and whatever else I go to a certified mechanic but yeah they let me know everything was wrong with my vehicle and give me great service, I'll go back and let everybody know my experience with them was excellent
