  Tuffy Westerville is my go-to for all things automotive. They have taken care of my vehicles' needs bumper to bumper. If they need to refer me elsewhere, they suggest shops that are trustworthy and experienced (auto body, transmission, rims). I am treated like I am their only customer. The shop and lobby are clean. Carl and Ron are truly automotive professionals and specialists -- with vehicles and with people. Estimates are honest and fair, and the work done is guaranteed without question. They have handled any job no matter how big or small. They respect what my vehicles mean to me and are careful with the work that they do. I trust my show car to Tuffy Westerville and my hard-working Jeep.

  Ron and Carl have been taking care of my cars for years! Straightforward, honest and easy to work with! Nobody enjoys having to pay for car repairs, but these guys have saved me tons in the long run. Proactive and always there when needed. Thanks guys!!

  They said what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and did it. They didn't try to up sale you, or pressure into buying something else. Just did what needed to be done. Refreshing

  The owners and manager are honest, flexible, and willing to help and be proactive and logical with repairs and suggestions. They’re thorough in reviewing past work (even done by others) to ensure nothing is missed or duplicated.

  Ron took care of my car when my hood wouldn’t pop. He quoted me X amount and when they finally got to doing the work they found out it was a simple fix. Instead of charging me the full amount like most places would he let me know the repair was a lot cheaper. You gotta love the honesty.
