  Great experience with Tuffy servicing my Hyundai, for the past several years now. Only have done engine oil/filter and tire rotations, but they do proactively quote any other needed repairs, which I do appreciate. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

  There's this gentleman that works the front desk his name is Ron he's very professional and he helped my wife and I solve a long time problem of streaky windows by replacing and ordering the perfect fit for her car. After he installed them car perfect thank you again

  Without a doubt the most trust worthy place in Columbus. I'm handy, I always try to do things myself, and whenever I bring them my mess I get honest feedback without upsales. They understand what my old 2014 escape needs to keep it on the road and never try to add on unnecessary bells and whistles. I've been taking vehicles to them since 2010 and have come to highly value Ron and Carl's opinions and knowledge. If you're trapped there for hours because your spouse is out of town and you need something fixed immediately, Ron will make it happen without question and likely bribe your kids with Starburst (but not the pink ones) to prevent them from turning into psychos while you wait. Added advantage, if you're a Cleveland sports fan, you can chill in the waiting area and commiserate while they rotate your tires. These two have been a constant (albeit infrequent because their work is so great) in our lives since moving to Columbus. From oil changes to radiators to tires to brakes to trying to replace brakes yourself and then cleaning up your mess to transmissions, Tuffy is THE place.
