  I would highly recommend Rife's Auto Body to anyone in the Columbus. Andy was very up front and honest with me on how the repair was going to go and how much it could cost. I value honesty more than anything and that's what I experienced with Andy. My car was only in the shop for 5 business days and the original estimate on time was a week and half - which is awesome to get your car back earlier than expected. The body work looks great, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Good, honest work is hard to find in today's world and that is exactly what I got with Rife's and Andy.

  I highly recommend Rife’s auto body. Friendly efficient staff that listens to my concerns. Kept me in the loop with daily texts as to the progress of my vehicle. Looked like a brand new auto when I picked it up. Rifes also took care of returning my rental.

  Needed a VW Certified shop. 2026 Jetta GLI that was smacked on the same day as purchase. Fair amount of front driver corner damage and it was repaired beautifully. Ashley kept me up to date on everything and when the vehicle was ready she made sure I was happy. Very good experience.

  I would never recommend Rife’s Auto Body in Westerville. They “attempted” to repair my brand new Ford Explorer in December after replacing my roof antenna. A few months later, we discovered water leaking into both front floorboards from the exact area they repaired. They had an opportunity to make it right, but when we picked the vehicle up, the agreed upon repairs had not been completed. The leaking seal wasn’t replaced, only one side was addressed, trim was still loose, and they never inspected under the headliner for possible moisture despite months of water intrusion. Instead of standing behind their work, we were met with excuses and told they couldn’t confirm the leak was related to their repair because several months had passed, even though the leak is coming from the same area they worked on. This was a brand new 2025 Ford Explorer with only 2500 miles on it at the time of repair. We now have to pursue complaints with the Ohio Attorney General because we no longer trust them to repair our vehicle properly. If you’re considering Rife’s Auto Body, DON’T and inspect every repair carefully before you leave! And yes, we have videos showing the water leaking into the vehicle!!
