Everyone was pleasant and instructed me through the process the whole way through while I waited to have it fixed. A month or so later it went hot again so I called and went back and the manager Mike explained to me the situation and got me tooken care of! He was so pleasant and polite, offered us to wait inside to cool off and explained the process very well. I was very pleased with my service and will def come back when there's a need!

- CGCarlos GuffeyAug 9, 20261.0I always use Valvoline to change my oil. Out of the dozens of oil changes with Valvolin, at multiple locations, this was by far the worst experience I've had. Being fast and friendly professionals, inspecting all fluids, lights, tires, and recommending services is what justifies charging 3x the material price of an oil change. Sat. Aug 9/26. The entire staff seemed like they hated being there and/or each other. They said 5 words to me at most, and even less to each other. Which was surprising, given the fact that every other Valvoline I have been to has been like a pit crew in action. This location was polar opposite. They changed my oil in less than 5 mins and I was gone. No checks of any kind or recommend services. Not even wiper fluid. Which I had to stop and buy on the way home. I just hit 150k in miles. I was curious what Valvoline would recommend for precautionary work, for reaching the 150k milestone. I surly would have purchased the recommendations. With a Valvoline on just about every major street, I surly won't be revisiting this location.
