  I will never go back to express pro they really messed my car up and had it for over 3 months and it has never been the same. Christian and dan are the worst mechanics I have ever seen or come across so just be aware.

  I brought my car into Tire Discounters today for an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment but even on a Friday afternoon, Corey and Aaron got me taken care of in a short amount of time! Corey delivered exceptional customer service from the second I arrived to the time I left. Aaron was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the recommended routine maintenance I’ll need in the future. The store was clean and the waiting area was comfortable even though I wasn’t waiting very long. I highly recommend the Union Center Tire Discounters!

  So apparently we spent about thousand dollars for four new tires and the one tire got flat one day within like four months that’s fine but they act like they repaired second day I came back with the same problem. They said oh we just looked at it. There’s a nail probably missed it. I said can you fix it and they said well you have to make an appointment they know that nobody can drive in a flat tires so I was very frustrated and I was like OK thank you so much and I went to the other place to fix my tire. They patched It still has a problem because this guy said it’s leaking out from the rims so obviously I needed a new tire but they were the tire discount were try to avoid to put new tire I guess so I had to go back to the tire discount and tell them that like OK I think it’s leaking from the rims now they said oh if you have patched it from somewhere else then it’s not gonna cover the warranty so they knew that somebody is gonna go somewhere else since they don’t have appointment right away and now they said well we cannot do anything. It’s not under the warranty since you went other place to fix your tire so they are trying to give me the tire for 50% off which is $93 tires for $47 and all the other expenses that comes out $118 and the weird thing is like it’s been only four months. I replaced my tires new tires and this is how they treat you. I am not going back to this place again ever.

  Corey and the guys at the West Chester location are my go-to for anything I can't take care of myself on our 2 vehicles. Their prices are better than reasonable, they're professional in every respect and get me in and out ASAP! I just recently had some very expensive work done on a 17 year old vehicle. They understood I really didn't want to invest a ton of money in such an old vehicle. They did everything they could to get me running again at the lowest price possible. Too many times they have come through for me in a pinch. At this point, I don't ever see myself going anywhere else. Thanks Guys!

  Corey Bellingham was the only person that was able to help me after calling a few TD stores. I wanted new tires for the wheels I purchased for a vintage truck. I needed to know the exact tire height so my truck would fit in the garage. He recommended the perfect tire. He mounted the tires himself and stayed involved with the installation all the way through. He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty! He did a wonderful job.
