  I stopped after work with a nail in my tire and Corey and his team fit me in before the store closed to repair it. He was very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this location!

  I have been disappointed by tire discounters time and time again. I kept giving them more chances just because they were close and convenient, but the upselling and incompetence has just continued. Highly recommend avoiding this location and probably all of them. I had come in to another location for an appointment for a set of tires. The tires should have been there already. After sitting in the lobby for two hours and my vehicle on the lift for an hour I’m told they can’t find the 4th tire and need to get it from another location. Nobody informed me until I asked after two hours of patiently waiting. They were scrambling and behind despite the location being dead the entire time. Eventually they found the missing tire. I brought my pickup to this location and asked them to rebalance the tires, fully aware the tires were badly cupped. I didn’t have the money for a full set at the time and just needed it to drive smoother for an upcoming trip. The service tech refused to balance the tires and proceeds to tell me the cupping occurred due to my suspension being shot and tried to sell me a complete set of shocks and struts, when I already didn’t have money for the tires. I took it up the road to another shop that conducted a closer inspection and saw that the tires were 11 years old, older than the vehicle and were obviously just bad tires the dealer put on when they sold it to me. The other shop performed a balance and got me through until I could afford a new set of tires. I have taken two other vehicles to Tire Discounters needing a screw removed and patched. Both cases I was told it can’t be repaired and that I would need to buy 2 or 4 new tires. Again, the shop up the road patched it without issue. Absurd.

  Rarely for me, can you find a place where service is consistent in the auto world until now. Corey at Tires Discounter is the guy to talk to and get results. If your looking for reliability, visit this location and he'll make it right. I will be back preferably later for any future maintenance needs. Thanks for the great service!
