  Horrible customer service. I desperately needed a new windshield as it got cracked. My insurance directed me to Safelite I scheduled the appointment had to wait 3 days not able to drive my car. Finally some guy shows up named William they give you a 5-hour window he comes at 2:00pm of course. I had to literally walk to my Dr's appointment and on my way there William calls me telling me he can't do the job bc the glass he brought to replace it IS BROKEN?!? How is that even possible? Like you would think they had that part down pat. So then the worst news comes saying they cant come back until tues ( 5 days later) "Their warehouse is in Columbus now apparently" I cried said I'm supposed to leave for vacation on Monday. "OH sorry nothing we can do" try other local places. I know it's hot outside but I think William just didnt want to do the job. By the grace of God I got in touch with a local glass place and the guy i spoke to said he hears customers saying this same thing all the time. The new guy was nice enough to offer to come in the morning AND ITS $100 LESS. I wish I would've realized they were crooked to begin with. Do you homework! Call around! Don't trust safelite.

  Trent from the home repair team of Safelite windowshield replacement was amazing. Timely, knowledgeable and conscientious in repacing our fractured windshield while it sat in our garage. Highly recommend and am massively appreciative of this service!

  Wonderful experience! Originally had booked a mobile tech to my house in the 12-5 timeframe. Justin called me about 1030 & said he could actually be there in 15 minutes if that was okay. He called to let me know he had arrived & how long it would take. He called when he was finished & gave me care instructions. I wish all customer service interactions could be like this was! Safelite made it easy to book the appointment online and pre-pay. The tech was prompt & competent. 10/10

  I came here to get my windshield replaced and everyone was so kind and transparent. Shortly after my windshield was replaced, I hit a pot hole and detached the wirebox behind my rearview mirror. In no time, I had a warranty appointment scheduled and had it fixed for free and the work was completed in under 5 minutes. Come here for your windshield needs!

  Satellite makes the whole process easy from scheduling an appt, to confirming, and the replacement process. My service tech was Alex. He was amazing. He presented himself well. His appearance was put together, he was knowledgeable, and worked with care. Never worried about anything. Thanks Alex!
