Sean, the technician who replaced the broken ligtgate window, worked steadily and professionally, called enroute, and cleaned both the car and work area before he left

My complaint is I was told the aftetmarket glass is the same ad Toyota glass. I based my decision to use aftermarket glass on this. The aftermarket has no tint. Toyota's has a bronze tint and is noticably clearer. The black dots are not as extensive. The sun filter at the top of the windshied isnt as pronounced and doesnt come down as far. The first pic is aftermarket glass. The black dots dont extend to bottom of mirror mounting. The remaining pics show original Toyota glass with dots clearly extending to bottom of mirror mounting, bronze tinting and sun filter along top of glass.

They came to my home to do the work which meant no need to spend hours waiting at a shop, and very easy to schedule. They worked with my insurance so I didn’t need to do anything other than give them my policy number. The technician was professional, courteous and did the work without trying to upsell me on anything. He was on time and had the work completed in less than the original time estimate.

I had my windshield on my 2018 Volvo XC60 replaced and recalibrated but when I went to drive it I go a dashboard warning “City Safety Reduced Functionality Warning.” I called my dealership and they said it would be an issue with the windshield/sensors. I have reached out with 2 emails following the online process if you have an issue but nobody has responded to me yet. It has only been two days but I want to make sure it’s safe to drive and schedule to get my windshield fixed correctly.

Great experience overall! Booking and rescheduling online was super easy, and the drop-off instructions were quick and straightforward. I needed my entire front windshield replaced, and it was finished within about 3 hours. My technician, Jeremy, personally called to let me know when it was ready, which I really appreciated. Pickup was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Great customer service from start to finish!
