Instead of helping customers, they acted annoyed and angry for no reason. Their attitude was unacceptable and made me feel completely unwelcome. Customer service here is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The staff clearly do not care about customers and seem to hate their jobs. Simple questions were met with arrogance and hostility. It was shocking to see such poor behavior from people who are supposed to represent the company. QT should seriously retrain its employees or replace the staff at this location. No customer should be treated this way. I will avoid this location in the future and would not recommend it to anyone.
- JWJoni WesterfieldJun 15, 20262.0Stopped in this morning (6/15/26) at 4:15 am and there was no one at the register or front of the store when I came in. Normal at most other QT's you are greeted with either "Welcome in", "Good (whatever time of day it is)" and what not so that struck me as a little odd. I go to use the restroom wich was clean thankfully, but the paper towels dispenser doesn't cut the paper towels so I wasted more then necessary. The coffee area and the fountain area both needed to be hosed down and the hot side of the Y coffee bar was dripping which makes me believe the long or shot clean cycle has not been run properly in weeks. The selection in the hot grab was almost non existent, so I decided to grab a few energy drinks and ended up waiting on the oh so cheerful person working to finally come up to ring out the line that was starting to form. They didnt have the door bells on with no clerk or assistant near the front. When I finally got my turn to check out, I asked if they were alone tonight, and was meet with rude and disrespectful tones in reply. This is not at all up to the companies standards. I know I used to work for them.
