  I was greeted wel and service was great. Even washed my car and took me home and picked me up during service. From advertising I heard on radio, I had the mistaken opinion that service here would be less expensive than the dealer service. I had a quote from the dealer on the required service I was requesting. Turns out I paid $95 for them to assess the problem and then the actual service cost $100 more than dealer for the service. So, all in all, I am out $200 more than I would have paid at dealer. The upside, I thought dealer may have been taking me for a ride. ForeignX confirmed I needed the service which I had them do!! And I got great customer service!

  Brought the wife’s 98 Toyota 4Runner SR5 up from North Carolina. That’s right at 500 miles we drove to come to Foreign Exchange. My brother has used these guys for years, and if he trust them I trust them. These guys were more professional than the local dealership we last used. We had a bunch of stuff done to the 4Runner, timing chain, water pump, injectors, radiator, steering rack, rear shocks, all the fluids. Ian was there the entire time reaching out to me with any information I needed. Love how they will text or email pictures along with explanation of work needed. I’m already making my list up for next year. Would not hesitate to use these business. That’s while I’ll drive back, another 500 miles to get them to work on it again!   Foreign Exchange West Chester did an amazing job on my car alignment. And because it’s been modified and lowered with adjustable control arms, they were able to put the car perfectly in spec after replacing all four tires. Another shop tried and failed miserably. But Foreign Exchange did it with no issues whatsoever. I heard great things about them even before I tried their services. Now I can honestly say they are amazing, professional, and honest about their work. Thank you, Foreign Exchange! You exceeded my expectations.

  EDIT: Andrew the GM called and was very apologetic of what happened to us while he was out of town. He said he wanted to treat this as a learning experience for his staff and refunded the whole amount we paid.we did not expect that or feel we deserved it at all. His professionalism is hands down amazing. THANK YOU ANDREW! Called them about our 2017 BMW needing the Ac charged, told them it's takes the 1234YF coolant. 3 times Devon was told this. got the estimate the morning they had our car. $458. I signed off for them to do it. Within 10 minutes Devon calls my husband and says , your car has the 1234YF so the cost is actually $770. We asked for them to pause on worked called around. 1 other place quoted around 550, but they were 2 wks out. So I did make the call for Foreieng Exchange to do the job, reluctantly. I told Devon, you were told 3-4 separate times the car took 1234YF, and still quoted $458, now it's $770. I feel those was your mistake and should eat the difference. he said you can pick it up and take it somewhere else if you'd like. wow Customers service is awful, tho they did fix my car. We went to pick it up, had some questions, but Devon likes to talk over you and wasn't listening to 1 word we had to say. I have to say, my choice to have them do the work, however WILL NEVER use them again. my husband called next day and spoke with the Mgr. he didn't even offer us a $100 refund. nothing. My son is a mobile mechanic. doesn't have the equipment to do AC work yet or he could've done it. but he said if he had quoted wrong like that, he would eat the cost himself. Beware of thier quoutes....they may change in the blink....of an eye. No more Foreiegn Exchange for us.
