  Very friendly. Super clean car. Much closer to where we live than the airport. That's very convenient.

  Terrible experience. I booked a rental at one location. On my way to the location, I get a call from them saying they don't have my car available. I call customer service and they book me to another location. Same thing. This happened 4 times. They booked me to the Union Center location and when I arrived, the guy said my booking has been canceled. I went back and forth with him and customer service for an hour before he called an area manager. The area manager ended up getting us in a car, but only after 4 hours of our day had been wasted. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did finally get me in a car. Enterprise customer service number and their booking website will allow you to book vehicles that the locations don't have so they real you in. Once you show up to the location and they don't have it, the person at the counter is left to deal with the problem. I work in the logistics field and inventory moving SKUs and equipment constantly. They should have a system that gets you the car you want or need. Not deceive you into showing up so the person at the location can talk you in to a different car or tell you that you are SOL a day before your vacation.

  Been coming to this location for years & id always recommend this location to family & friends because it Use to be a great location. Always quick with renting a car in & out. now not so much. It’s a few good employees still there but hopefully things change & evolve for the better in the future with new managers. Until then I’d recommend other local locations in the area! it’s several. I had a poor experience with the manger Jazmine, African American female. as others have told me they have too. very disrespectful person & not what this location needs. if you do go here just an fyi stay clear of her.

  Rented a vehicle here in advance from this location to be then notified that the vehicle isn’t available the day I was suppose to pick it up and now we don’t have a vehicle for our trip. This is unacceptable and we will no longer book with Enterprise. You just lost a loyal customer of 15 years.
