Instead of working to fairly resolve a relatively minor issue (they were out of cars 🤷♂️), he chose to be condescending, indignant and arrogant. When I asked to elevate and speak to his supervisor he had the audacity to state “he doesn’t talk to customers.” The irony of that comment having heard about their world class customer service while on hold for 7 minutes is not lost on me.
