  Absolutely bloody horrible experience. Booked for a luxury sedan and got a compact premium BS and was asked to swap the car for a different one from Airport. Airport didn’t have any because the person at this location could not reach them to confirm. The first person at the airport was less than helpful and had no bloody idea what “customer service” means. The second person we spoke to at least was courteous enough to explain the situation not that it helped. We ended up dropping the car back and cancelling the reservation because Enterprise can’t get their shit together and have the car that was reserved by the customer. On the whole, it’s bare minimum to have the reserved car no matter where the pickup location was and not give an answer that this is what we have.

  Enterprise is the most hassle-free car rental company. Their cars are always better than whenever I’ve rented from Avis. My last rental only had 5000 miles on it. My last Avis rental had 50,000 - ridiculous. I also like the agents at enterprise better. They are friendlier and more knowledgeable. I will only rent from Enterprise.

  I’ve always used Enterprise for car rentals because they make the entire process easy, and this experience was no exception. I just needed a cheap rental for the weekend while my car was in the shop, but the real standout of this experience was Curtis. I had the pleasure of working with Curtis when I picked up the vehicle, and the guy was genuinely great to deal with—upbeat, personable, funny, and just incredibly good at interacting with customers. He ended up talking me into upgrading to a larger vehicle. Did I need the upgrade? Absolutely not. Did I spend the extra money anyway? Yes—and honestly, it was entirely because of Curtis and how enjoyable he made the interaction. That says a lot about someone’s ability to work with customers. He wasn’t pushy or giving me some scripted sales pitch. He was simply personable enough that I was happy to spend a little more money. Enterprise, recognize this guy. Curtis is exactly the type of employee you want representing your company. Give the man some recognition—and a pay bump while you’re at it. He earned it.
