- DJDesiree JeanmichelMay 4, 20261.0This was my go-to place for minor repair until my car shutdown on the highway, after a diagnosis exam stating my car was fine and just needed new breaks $$ later. First red flag but whatever it happens… Of course I brought it back so they can thoroughly look things over. Once they were able to look things over, they were finally able to pin point what’s wrong with my Benz truck… then proceeds to tell me this is above them they aren’t equipped to service my car. Totally understandable honestly the best policy. What I DIDN'T know was while I left my car for a couple of weeks, I was out shopping around looking for a shops to service my car, THEY not only left my car open, someone I don’t know if they were homeless or not. TRASHED the inside of my car fully disgusting. This is my car for my one year old daughter and I to get around. When my husband confronted them they clearly acted as if they had no idea what I’m talking about. Beers, Chicken wings etc. Disgusting behavior. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

- AWAbigail WalshSep 9, 20221.0Went in for a used car inspection, told us the car was in good condition minus needing breaks and sway links so we buy the $8,000 car. Two weeks later the check engine light comes on, we take it in and are told the engine is rusted so bad that the catalytic converter has fallen off and there is also a leak in the exhaust that was expelling oil into the trunk (car-x told us it was "water and soap" from detailing). Car also needs a new starter, the airbag module is broken and so is the air filtering system. I co-signed on the loan for my little brother and it's his first car and he's a collage student and now he is in a horrible position trying to cover all these repair costs on top of a loan payment. The people were nice and seemed trustworthy but I don't understand how all of this was missed it has put us in a horrible position so I would not recommend going here at all.
