  Very poor service the guy had no idea how to work the computer he was by himself he finally tells me parts I need to get a vehicle back out on the road safe are there and in store so I show up and the guy can hardly look away from his phone. He “goes to look and grab my parts” (that he’s showing in stock) and goes and plays on his phone and tells me he can’t find it that I have to try somewhere else

  My experience at AutoZone was a 10/10. I came in with a problem with my battery connector and literally came in and saved my day. The man at the front desk named Sean explained my issues and give me the part l needed and another employee named RJ was able to install the part on my car right there, free! Both men were respectful, accommodating and informative with helping me. AutoZone West Chester is a great place for the everyday driver to get help with their cars quick and easy!! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

  Bought a battery at the Hamilton Middletown Rd location and the employee wasn’t able (or willing? The world may never know 🙄) to install it. Called the West Chester store and spoke with Imani, who confidently said they could take care of me—and they absolutely did. I drove over from Monroe and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Huge shoutout to Imani and Assistant Manager Mr. Nadeem—he took off his watch, rolled up his sleeves and got right in the trenches with Imani! BOTH were very knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely courteous. Imani was even kind enough to talk me through the steps after I expressed not wanting to feel so helpless when it comes to my vehicle. This is what customer service should look like. 10/10—highly recommend the West Chester location! AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
