  They really fixed my suv up like it was brand new! Cleaned it for me after they were finished as well.

  After using liberty collision Fairfield once, I had high confidence in using them again. Insurance sent my truck to this location and it turned into nothing but problems. Between the front desk lady having zero knowledge or customer service skills and the rest of the team having zero communication and hardly any idea of what they are doing (took 3 estimates to get it right) I would recommend using a different location or body shop in general. The best part is receiving my truck and seeing the lack of respect and care they have with your vehicles. Finger print, scratch under the clear coat along with dirt in the paint , inside my cab was disgusting with dust/hand prints and whatever crap cleaning agent they used, Pretty sure it was water and the same towel for everything. (My truck was spotless going in for service) After sending photos of the inside of my vehicle along with the paint issues I was informed to bring it in and show them in person the defects, and concerns . After arriving and letting them act like they was actually concerned , I pretty much got blown off and roughly a month later I still have yet to receive a call about wet sanding and fixing all the paint imperfections . I can understand why I never got the survey though. Wouldn’t want me to blast them for the poor customer service with the office or the lack of care the technicians have allowing the poor quality work and gross interior detail/vehicle cleaning to pass through as if I was some inexperienced body technician that wouldn’t notice. I would post all the photos but it won’t allow me the option.
