- JGJay Grau1 day ago5.0Bought a Volkswagen from GTX the car had a problem and they stood behind it. They fixed the problem and I've jad no other issues.
- CWChelsie White3 days ago2.0Super nice selection of cars for sure, but they don’t do much mechanical fixing of anything before selling to you at these higher prices- expect to pay thousands in repairs once you purchase. My husband and I both got our cars here, mine died on the highway less than 6 months after purchase and had to spend thousands on repairs because my warranty that they so eagerly sold me and promised would cover most repairs didn’t cover anything at all.
- TBTamara BurbanOct 5, 20265.0Great experience with GTX Auto Group! I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord and I’m very happy with my car. The process was quick and easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
- RTRian ThomasSep 29, 20265.0I visited today with absolutely no car in mind I worked with Jesus (Macho) and Sean and they helped me leave with my dream car im obsessed with her already
- SFSakandar Farhad-BarakSep 17, 20265.0Excellent Customer Service! I traded in my car for a Ford Explorer in March 2026, and I’m very happy with my decision. Since then, I’ve traveled from Cincinnati to Virginia Beach and also made another trip to Richmond. The Explorer has been running smoothly and has performed very well on the road. I’m very satisfied with the vehicle and the trade-in experience. I’m glad I made this decision and would definitely recommend their excellent customer service!
