  GTX Auto Group has a great selection of used cars, much nicer than all the dealerships we visited! The process with JB was smooth, transparent and streamlined!! We will definitely go back to GTX to look for our next car!

  Before purchasing any used care its critical to do the research on the make, model, and, year of the vehicle that you are considering. With that being said, my buying experience with this dealership was outstanding. I was an out of state customer and the vehicle I purchased was in the exact condition as displayed on the website and pictures were sent to me. Sales Consultant Julia was up front and honest through the entire purchase process.

  We had a great experience purchasing our 2020 Honda Passport, and RJ made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made us feel pressured. RJ took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we were comfortable with every step. The whole buying process was smooth and straightforward.   I purchased a 4runner from them 2 weeks and I have two major issues. I have driven this car not even 200 miles and when I went to go get it inspected my tires are dry rotted badly on all 4 . Then the mechanic says that the steering rack is bad and the steering column needs to be replace. What if the steering gave out while driving ,me and my family could have gotten seriously injured. I called them and ask them what can we do about the tires and they told me that we a 55 point inspection on our vehicles, I guess they didnt check for tires and steering issues. Then they tell me our cars are sold as Is. Im guessing all there cars are as is . Then Paul trys telling me we can get your tires at our cost but I would have to pay for them how does that make sense . They offer me some no name brand tires. Now I have to spend at least $2500 on a steering rack and tires. Don't buy from these people, they do not inspect thier cars or even do the oil change on it ,my oil was so burnt . Do not trust there so called 55 point inspection.
