- BBbpo54Jun 2, 20261.0My wife had an appointment today at 4:30 to pick up a rental car while hers is getting fixed. She had called a few days prior to schedule the arrangement and spoke to Isaac. Isaac stated that she would be able to get a sedan for $25 a day since we are with state farm. I heard the whole conversation as my wife had it on speaker phone. Upon arriving to her appointment Isaac said all they had available was a truck for $40 a day. My wife asked about the sedan that they discussed and he stated that "it was never discussed". My wife reiterated the conversation that they had (that I also heard), and he challenged her and said "ok well then what price did I give you for the sedan?" To which she obviously responded with $25 a day. He's incredibly cocky & rude and blatantly lied. She ended up leaving without a rental.

Was blown off for 2 days until I called on a different phone. Set the day up he even had the claim number ect the vehicles involved ect. I get there today on a Friday and was told I’m not allowed due to my age like this couldn’t have been told sooner. Not only that he wanted confirmation from the insurance like they wernt the ones who set the appointment up. Don’t understand why it’s so difficult from them to do there job.
