  I have never received anything but spectacular service from any Tire Discounters. I want to specifically shout out Jackson from this store., took us in on a road trip and helped us identify and correct a strange transmission system issue. Just the nicest guy + absolutely helped my family out of a bind.

  Rude with my fiance. I called ahead of time to check on a price for an oil change which ended up not being true in the slightest once they went rung up the order. What was supposed to be about $60 turned into over $100 and when we brought up we had spoke to someone the associate got rude. We ended up leaving because the car still hadn't been pulled in past the appointment time we had scheduled a couple days before.

  I used to have all my trust in the Washington courthouse Ohio tirediscounter store until this last visit. I had purchased many full sets of tires from this location and never had an issue until my last set I had put. Long story short they torqued the lug nuts way over factory spec to the point I could not break them loose myself when I tried to do a brake job on it . I called the store and they gave me the classic of we torque to factory spec. I know that’s the protocol they are supposed to follow but in this case they did not. They also couldn’t help me bc they didn’t have to proper tools to remove the broken/stripped lug nuts. I had to spend my hard earned money at the dealership to have them removed. The dealer struggled getting them off. It took them serval hours. Luckily they got it all done and replaced all the broken/stripped lug nuts. I then filed a complaint with the main td website. I got a email stating they’d look into the matter and would get back with me within the next 24 hours. A week went by with no contact from them. I called multiple times and left massages and still nothing. Sent messages through main website again. Finally got a called and they asked if the reicpt from dealer. I sent it to them and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still no response. Also claimed they couldn’t do the alignment due to worn tie rod ends and the dealership said they were in spec.
