  Short-term rental while my car was in the shop. Very tidy, & the staff was very attentive. Would have been a five star rating, but the first location didn't have a vehicle for us & didn't tell us until we were there. We had to go to another location about ten minutes away. Not the end of the world, & the staff at both locations were helpful & nice, but there was that inconvenience.

  From 2/5 to 4/5. Thank you Nolan for your help. They were out of trucks at this location so found a truck at another location. This did cause some issues, but I called and got help with the truck return and my issues were resolved. Warning: Do not use overnight return. I returned the vehicle at 3pm on Sunday. The office was closed but this location allows after hours returns. This becomes an issue when it comes to your total charge. I checked the fine print and could not find this. The location does mention that the vehicle is your responsibility until the next business day. But nothing in detail. It is better to just keep the car until the next business day. I pre paid for the two days but almost got charged for 3.
