- CAChristine AlbertAug 25, 20265.0The assistant manager,JJ, was helping me. He was able to reset my oil warning light ( this is something that no one can seem to do) but JJ did it with ease. He really knows his job. As I was getting ready to leave he looked at the drivers side front tire and said that it was wearing and would need replaced soon but that it was okay to drive a distance (my son was driving to a cedar Point the next day which is 2 hours away from home) then he took a look at the passenger front tire and took a picture of the tire to show me that the wire was coming out of the tire and told me that it needed replaced right away and that my son probably shouldn’t drive it that far. I thanked him and went and replaced the tires that day. I am so thankful that I went to valvoline and had the pleasure of having JJ take care of me! He deserves a raise and to be recognized for being someone who does his job right! There aren’t too many people like that these days.
