  While there were delays with the initial appointment set due to astaffing shortage on the initially scheduled day/time, the Safelite team was very proactive in reaching out to get me rescheduled! The hilight of my experience was the appointment day whereby the technician contacted me at the beginning of the day to inform me what place I was in line for his appointments & his subsequent followup to inform me he was enroute & how long it would take to get to me! His performance from beginning to end was nothing less than excellent!

  Robert was very professional. Showed up when he said he would and did my windshield in the time he said. He came to my place of employment and did it. I had a great experience thank you safelite and Robert.

  I was very pleased with my technician, he was in contact with me first thing, letting me know an approximate time of arrival. This is very helpful if you have things to do. The technician was very courteous and informative of what to do and not do. I had a complete windshield installed and it seems like all my electronic are working the same as before with the old windshield. And a thank you shout out to my tech for making my mirror tight again!

  This Safelite location, I would avoid at all costs. They will tell you one thing and do another. They do not stand by their word or honor their commitments. This location will most likely read this review and brush it off as a whining customer or someone who is trying to get something for nothing. That is not the case. They will not stand by their warranty and a complaint with State Farm, AG's Consumer Affairs, Safelite Corporate and my company is placing their national contract in review as well. I have trusted Safelite for years with fleet vehicles and personal vehicles. At least before reversing your decision to cover this under warranty, the manager I spoke with before making a blind decision could have driven the fifteen minutes over here to look at the new damage on the opposite side of the windshield. My wife's vehicle is now tied up for going on week three as I have had to keep it at home for them to come out.
