- CCCandy3 days ago5.0Everyone that is at the Warren shop Safelite was truly wonderful to have interactions with when it came to dropping my car off and picking my car up and then paying for it, it was really amazing, the nice lady behind the desk was truly sweet she was amazing and I was so grateful to have been able to converse with her for the time that I had been there and then when the technician came to let me know that my car was done it was really nice they were really kind and considerate!!

- TJTom Kupec JrJul 18, 20261.0It only gets a 1 star because negative/zero isn’t an option. We booked to get our Santa Fe fixed. We had an appointment, and 30 minutes after we dropped it off they called to let us know that the new windshield came in broken. They tried to push us back 4 days from our original appointment. After “squeezing” us into a 10 am appointment next day (because apparently an appointment from the previous day wasn’t a priority) they called to tell us they couldn’t do it and to just get it fixed elsewhere. If they didn’t want to bother fixing it they shouldn’t have taken the appointment. We were waiting to leave town on their appointment and because of their lack of communication we lost hours of our trip with the same problem we went to them with. Will never use them for any future problem. Update: When we got to the store to pick up our vehicle the receptionist (who left the voicemail) saying that the car couldn’t be fixed because of “the cameras not calibrating” said “yeah the part came in broken again” so can’t even keep the lies straight. Terrible.
