Do not get your oil changed here. I got an oil change in April 2025. Ever since then, my truck has been dripping some oil in my garage. No problem, I thought: it's a new truck, so I'll get it looked at next oil change. I went to get an oil change elsewhere because I didn't have a Monro coupon. They refused to work on my truck because it's MISSING the cap. I thought an oil change here would be the same as an oil change anywhere. I now know that's not the case. Four parts stores and a dealership visit later, I now know I can't afford Monro's carelessness. I hope they're better at the other things they do, but I don't intend to find out. EDIT: The original oil cap was found tucked into the side of the bay. I don't work on my own vehicle. This is unacceptable negligence.

Came in to get an alignment and while they got the front correct the back was not done correctly. The back of the car swayed so bad that in 2 weeks in ruined the tires i put on the day before i came i. I had to come back and get it done again and buy 2 more tires to replace the 2 ruined ones

This is a long one.. I've been taking both mine and my husbands vehicles to Monro for YEARS. It's been super convenient that they diagnose the issue free of charge before proceeding with any services. Unfortunately, over the last 1-2 years we've run into a lot of sloppy work, and crappy communication. About a year ago I had an oil leak, took it over, they told me it was a cracked lower oil pan. The mechanic at the time said "it's pretty minor, so it won't cost much to get that fixed". Fast-forward to a few months ago: I had some recalls done, and the dealership told me that my lower oil pan needed replaced - along with a few other issues including the alignment. All I could think was 'didn't I have the oil pan fixed last year?'. So I called over to Monro, told them that I needed an alignment done and asked if they could check out the oil pan. I also asked if they had records of the repair that had been done last year on the oil pan, and the girl I talked to said there weren't any details on the invoice - just the cost. So we dropped the car off, asking them again to check the oil pan. Mechanic calls me 2 hours later and says "it doesn't need alignment, it rides just fine." So my husband and I drive over, he asked the girl at the counter if they checked the oil pan. They didn't, she forgot to tell them. So the mechanic comes out and climbs underneath my car in the parking lot, sees a leak, and says they'll load it in the bay. Sure enough, the oil pan was never replaced - it was a sloppy patch job. They blamed the old manager, but they can't blame him for all of this garb.. He tells me they can get it fixed, so we just left it at the shop - probably shouldn't have done that. They didn't give me an estimate, just said once they had the 'mechanic who was certified to repair it' check it out they'd give me a call with an update. A few days pass and I haven't heard anything. So I call over, they said they are 'waiting on the part'. A few more days pass, still haven't heard anything. So I call over again, this time they said KIA was giving them 'issues about buying the part', but they'd update me as soon as they could. A couple more days pass: still have NO clue how much this is going to cost, if they got the part, if they've started working on it, anything.. typically an estimate needs to be given first before parts are ordered to make sure it's within the customers budget. I was completely in the dark. So I call again, they told me they have the part but ware waiting on the guy who is certified to fix it to be there to do the repair. But I finally get the estimate, sort of, so hooray. It had now been 11 days since we had left my car, so I call AGAIN to try and get an update. They told me the mechanic has 1 other job he's finishing and he should get to working on it 'today or tomorrow'. So it had been 11 days with zero work done on my car, at all. I let the him know that we are down to 1 car, and that car also needs a repair - so this is URGENT, and that if it couldn't be done by 'today' I would have to come pick it up and take it elsewhere. So he said the mechanic would start working on it 'today', and they'd call when it was finished. That call never came. 2 more days pass, and I just decide to stop over and see what's going on. Apparently the car had been done since the day before, and their exact words were 'oh yeah I thought he called and told you it was done'. I was furious. Paid, ended up costing me MORE than what the dealership was going to charge, and I left. At this point, I have zero trust in their ability to communicate whatsoever. I wanted a 2nd opinion on the alignment, so I take the car over to Pep Boys. Sure enough, my alignment was JACKED. The mechanic's exact words were "whoever told you that you didn't need an alignment is an IDIOT". And now, I have zero trust in their ability to do their job. I'm super disappointed, and will no longer recommend Monro as a reputable mechanic shop.

Brought my truck in for an alignment just to waste $150 and 3 hours for them to tell me they did what they could but they couldnt align it. Wheels tilted in worse than when I came in. Still charged me full price and later the truck started a death wobble because they left the control arm bolt loose when adjusting the camber . Called to complain and the guy said "nothing they did could cause it to wobble." If you care about your car or safety don't come here.
