  Very rude customer service. Paid $90 for my locked keys in car. and the guy they sent down Carl complained the entire time assisting me and made me feel like it was a hassle to do a service I paid for. I do appreciate them being able to get to me quickly and fix my situation

  Huge shout out to Carl for getting myself & my vehicle back home safely after unexpectedly breaking down at 7PM last Friday night. Carl is an absolute professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about my specific type of vehicle and he explained the entire process while treating my vehicle with the same care as if it were his own. We had a great chat as he gave me a ride back home. I greatly appreciate all his hard work and friendly attitude.

  Worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Stole over 1000$ in cash out of my daughters book bag in the back seat of car. Held vehicle hostage because all my documents were in said car as I was moving during this time. They need sued.

  Understand why their rating is so low. Unfortunately our vehicle was towed by them after an accident that happened three hours prior, and they kept our truck hostage. Refused to give us access because we didn’t have proof of ownership on us, because it’s inside the truck. Forced us to go to the BMV to get the registration, again, after spending several hours in the hospital. Fiancé said “Jesus” on his way out of the building and the guy threatened to charge us with trespassing if we came back with that attitude. Tried to explain that our other truck was wrecked a year ago and we didn’t have these kinds of issues then, and then he told me that if I showed up on the property again he would arrest me for trespassing. Even after I explained my fiancé can’t drive himself around today because of the accident and he reiterated if he sees me he’ll call the police. I’m 5’4” and 4 months pregnant so not sure why he felt the need to harass us and threaten us with police action. Fiancé said he had a completely different tone when he showed up with the paperwork and our claim number for insurance. Thankfully the tow truck guy was very nice and helpful to my fiancé, even helped him carry his belongings around the block since he only had one usable hand and I wasn’t allowed on the property.

  This place is a joke. First & foremost customer service is beyond terrible , they’re lazy and do things when they feel like it ! this is a private owned company that will rape your pockets just cause they know they are the main towing company in the Warren area. I had a dirt bike in impound they charged me 1000$ to get it back in less than 24hrs & they also lie about how much they charge you a day for your vehicle being there so listen carefully to what they say … I only gave a star cause they wouldn’t let me give my review with NO STARS Very Terrible company call Macho Man or Underwood towing for service ‼️‼️‼️
