  This was my 1st time buying a car from out of state & Gina (title clerk) was exceptional & very knowledgeable. I spoke with her multiple times & every time she made me feel at ease, explained the process & kept me informed! Also, when the paperwork arrived in state - AAA stated how professional and accurate it all was. They were impressed as well. It was a smooth sailing thanks to Gina! Jarred was my salesman at the dealership itself & he was very kind! He showed me and explained how things worked in the vehicle. He made sure everything was good to go, answered all my questions and even put the car on the lift so I could see underneath the vehicle. I would highly recommend Jarred! The only thing I would say could use some improvement would be the “detailing” crew. I had asked if the car could be cleaned prior to me taking it off the lot and was told yes. I left for a bit and came back giving them ample time and there was still dirt, glitter and crumbs throughout the car. When I pointed them out to Jarred; he did take it back and have them redo it. I wasn’t expecting exceptional detailing work but was expecting the obvious to be cleaned. Overall, I would definitely recommend Cole Valley for your next car purchase! Thank you!

  I went to Cole Valley Cadillac to order a CT5V. Jarred helped me go through the process of ordering my first new car. As a salesman he made the process incredibly seamless and easy. Once it arrived, Shannon in finance was also extremely helpful going through the paperwork. When I went to pick it up everyone else was extremely welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future!

  I ran out of battery on my way home from vacation. The paid charging station at Cole Valley wasn’t working at the moment. The staff put a call out to get it fixed, and in the meantime, they let me charge my car on their DC super fast in the service area (which they definitely didn’t have to do, as it’s free and for their vehicles!). The staff is friendly, personable, and kind. I truly appreciate their generosity to make sure we got home to Youngstown!

  Great place staff is amazing with there service also. I ordered a ct5 v blackwing the same day they found the exact vehicle I ordered. I'd recommend this place to family and friends
