  A great buying experience! Jarred M was an outstanding sales person. He was knowledgeable and was relentless in finding me the best deal. Love my new Cadillac Optiq. Highly recommend!

  I just purchased a 2021 Mercedes from this dealership. Jarred was my salesman and I must say that I have always dreaded going to buy a vehicle just because it’s supposed to be a pleasant experience and usually it turns out not to be.Jarred was one of the best Salesmen I have come across and I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. Although there were a few hiccups at first, he made sure to personally take responsibility and make everything right. I was so impressed with him and the dealership. He personally delivered the car to my home as I was working and live almost an hour away and took the time to go over many of the features in this vehicle even though it’s a Cadillac dealership and that’s what he sells. This car was a Mercedes and he took the time to learn the features of this vehicle and go over them with me. I can’t say enough about him and I am so happy I got him as my Salesman. Thank you Jarred , I know you’ll be a manager one day, my friend.

  Have had the car for over a week. Kept saying the found something else wrong. Went in for front brakes . They decided while it was there to also do the rears. Anything to keep jacking up the price. Last time they will ever see my vehicles

  I have been looking for cars for three months. The cars that I’ve been looking for were not just Cadillacs, but other models and makes. I visited two Cadillac dealerships and Cole Valley was my third. I will have to say it was such a low pressure, low-key and down home feel dealership that made me feel so comfortable as well as my wife. A dealership doesn’t have to be busy with so many people running around trying to close a deal. I loved this dealership because it was nice and quiet when you walked in and you didn’t feel like am I going to be the next customer? This family owned dealership has been in business since 1914 and I will tell you please give them a chance and you will not regret it. I want to thank Spencer the sales person, Grace, the Internet sales person/finance person and Joe the manager for really making the deal work. Spencer was very tentative towards any concerns that my wife and I brought up. They were able to lower the price to make the deal comfortable for all parties. Again, you need to give this dealership a try you will not regret it!

  This was my 1st time buying a car from out of state & Gina (title clerk) was exceptional & very knowledgeable. I spoke with her multiple times & every time she made me feel at ease, explained the process & kept me informed! Also, when the paperwork arrived in state - AAA stated how professional and accurate it all was. They were impressed as well. It was a smooth sailing thanks to Gina! Jarred was my salesman at the dealership itself & he was very kind! He showed me and explained how things worked in the vehicle. He made sure everything was good to go, answered all my questions and even put the car on the lift so I could see underneath the vehicle. I would highly recommend Jarred! The only thing I would say could use some improvement would be the “detailing” crew. I had asked if the car could be cleaned prior to me taking it off the lot and was told yes. I left for a bit and came back giving them ample time and there was still dirt, glitter and crumbs throughout the car. When I pointed them out to Jarred; he did take it back and have them redo it. I wasn’t expecting exceptional detailing work but was expecting the obvious to be cleaned. Overall, I would definitely recommend Cole Valley for your next car purchase! Thank you!
