  I ran out of battery on my way home from vacation. The paid charging station at Cole Valley wasn’t working at the moment. The staff put a call out to get it fixed, and in the meantime, they let me charge my car on their DC super fast in the service area (which they definitely didn’t have to do, as it’s free and for their vehicles!). The staff is friendly, personable, and kind. I truly appreciate their generosity to make sure we got home to Youngstown!

  Great place staff is amazing with there service also. I ordered a ct5 v blackwing the same day they found the exact vehicle I ordered. I'd recommend this place to family and friends

  I was extremely pleased with my brand new Cadillac purchase—until I took a closer look at the factory paint. Unfortunately, the condition of the finish was not what I expected from a new vehicle of this caliber. There were significant swirl marks and imperfections that required correction. I ended up spending $5,000 out of pocket to have the paint professionally corrected to the standard it should have been delivered in. I brought this to Cole Valley’s attention and even provided photos and videos clearly showing the condition of the paint. However, I was told that “this is just the way it is,” and no effort was made to address or resolve the issue. This has been very disappointing, especially given the expectations that come with purchasing a brand new vehicle.
