  I choose this rental agency due to the proximity to my house and was surprised how busy they were. I will continue to go back as the staff is friendly and efficient but Hannah was a gem who was not only friendly but made the experience as painless as possible. I had not rented a vehicle in many years but will have no issues choosing to do so in the future. If you need a vehicle stop and see Hannah I would give her 10 stars if that was an option.

  I rented two different vehicles over a two week period. Drove both of them over 1000 miles each. Both vehicles had issues. The car had a bad vibration in the front end that made the whole car shake. The van would sway almost out of control going over a bump. Very dangerous. I’ll never rent from enterprise again.

  Enterprise is our go to for rentals, so strings attached, no hidden fees, always the same smooth experience. Hannah in wadsworth was absolutely amazing 😅 and we were a little needy this time. Absolutely loved her

  Customer reps were great. Our van rental was newer and both clean inside and out. Highly recommended!

  Enterprise in Plymouth, Indina, always has a friendly staff, they are truly helpful. We had to drop off at an unplanned location in Wadsworth, Ohio, I worried all weekend. But it was no problem, and drop off was instant! No paperwork. Thanks
