    Rented a car from here, the car was damaged and insurance paid for it. This company then proceeded to charge me in addition to the insurance payment. Corporate enterprise says its an independently owned business so thats on them and nothing they can do. This office has full access to your credit card so can charge whatever they want. When you call no management is on site but they promise to call you back. No one ever does. Stay far away from this independent branch if you don’t want to worry about charge backs on your credit card for mystery charges.

    Super friendly staff and the vehicles were in excellent condition. This was my first trip to America and the VW Atlas they rented to me was the perfect vehicle to get around in. Returning the car was a breeze and I would recommend the Vandalia branch in Ohio 100%.

    The last two rentals that I made in June were disappointing. Both car’s inside windshields were dirty, one car didn’t have a full tank of gas when we picked it up, and the other rental’s brakes were bad.
