  Literally the worst customer service ever! I travel for work and set an appointment up for a time that I knew I could work out of my office and ensure the job could get done. Schedule appointment was 8am-12pm. At 1230pm I had not received an update of any kind. When calling they stated their tech called off and I would need to reschedule or I could bring it to the shop and they could get the 2 chips fixed. When asking questions Gary was very disrespectful and would not answer my questions and would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. He the. Placed me on hold middle of conversation. We will be taking out business elsewhere!

  Was helped by a wonderful employee named salem, he returned back into the shop and was able to grab my keys from inside the office. They were not in the after hours key box. His help made the rest of the day go a lot smoother. Windshield looks great too

  5 guys and a lady standing around doing nothing… said theyre computer system crashed so i wasted an hour and a half driving for the little lady to say she cant fix it without making it worse…. i asked id they certified because what do u mean u dont know what ur doing?

  Shattered my back glass Thursday late afternoon and had it repair Friday afternoon. Was about to drop it off before 9:30am Friday morning and got a call before 2pm that it was finished. Everything was very straight forward and luckily I live very close to the valley view location ~5 min drive. It was a week wait for them to come to me so I opted to drive it there as I have 3 small kids. The price was anywhere from $40-$100 more expensive than some of the other quotes I got but honestly they did great and I got it done less than 24hra after the incident! So thank you! Everyone was pleasant enough and my trunk was cleaner tha when I dropped it off (lol) thank you for everything:)
