  VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I had a window from 8am-12pm no one showed to my house. i had to call them after 12pm to find out my service wasn’t dispatched and I would have come in to the shop @2:30, or reschedule for another day and thy’ll email the address. That never happened either, so I googled the address myself, and now I’m here and they’re saying it will take 2.5 hours 😡. Not to mention, I took off work from 8am-12 pm, my shift is 8-5, now Im here at 2:30pm and I also have a part time that begins at 5:30pm

  I would give zero if I could. Booked an appointment. They were a no-show, without the courtesy of a call. Rebooked the appointment, and, again, they were a no-show without bothering to call. The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Stay away from this garbage operation.

  This was covered by my insurance so I didn’t have to pay for it. However, as far as the service goes, it was amazing. There was an issue with calibration and they came back the next day to fix that issue. The tech was very kind and super Communicative. I felt bad he was stuck standing in the heat though. I had just had a baby still having the them come to me was definitely what I needed. Even the people on the phone were super kind and very professional.
