Called and got an ai bot it would not transfer me to a person and kept hanging up on me and bringing up past window replacements. I seen another guy comment and you replied "thanks for letting us know where we need improving"... I think you missed the complaint entirely and we all see that. your Ai bot doesn't need improved it needs removed, whether it does a good job or not we dont want it and theres plenty of local glass replacement companys around town, if I cant talk to the guy at the desk directly I won't be calling thats everybody's issue. If you want my buisness for our 178 trucks feel free to reach out with a working phone number until then good luck

They told me 3 hours it was done in an hour and a half sounds good except that means they didn't let the glue cure for an hr. than my car wouldn't start they acted like it wasn't their fault .I said it started when I brought it here startefd when you brought it on the garage started when you brought it on the test run they said oh ya by the way your car stalled twice on the test run .I say your telling me my car stalled twice while you were driving it and you just handed me the keys without telling me the car stalled they look at me blank nothing going on in their heads .guy goes to make a phone call comes out no solution after an hour and a half of no solution I tell the guy to try and do what googke said was the most likely cause I tell him to un hook the battery wait ten minutes hook it back up and wht do you know the car starts. They tripped the theft security system. I had to tell these people who do this everyday how to fix a problem they created. While they just stared blankly . I wouldn't trust this shop to change windshield wipers let alone windshield also they won't let you talk to Management they always say they arr busy and never return your phone call

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I had a window from 8am-12pm no one showed to my house. i had to call them after 12pm to find out my service wasn’t dispatched and I would have come in to the shop @2:30, or reschedule for another day and thy’ll email the address. That never happened either, so I googled the address myself, and now I’m here and they’re saying it will take 2.5 hours 😡. Not to mention, I took off work from 8am-12 pm, my shift is 8-5, now Im here at 2:30pm and I also have a part time that begins at 5:30pm
