JEANNINE was the absolute best. I’ve been coming to this shop and the one in Bellefontaine for years and she’s the only one that has ever been as thorough as she was. Asked if I needed help changing my dash notification, topped off my fluids (which I haven’t seen anyone do to either of my vehicles that I bring in). And let me add a small but huge detail, the washer fluid container ran out of fluid during the top up so instead of just calling it a day- she filled up the container and came back to actually “top it off”. And she mentioned they top off the oil up to a quart in between changes. Dude, she’s the hero without a cape. She’s showing how much more women “show up” in the industry compared to how a man approaches their job. (Not to discredit the men at the shop and their politeness and duties they perform). But she’s the only woman at either of these shops that I’ve seen and she’s the only one who was diligent and went the extra mile. I want her know I see her effort in a field where she might be overlooked. And I want the company to know, see, and acknowledge AND reward he efforts

The experience is efficient and pleasant. The workers are knowledgeable and efficient, performing the recommended oil change quickly. The facilities are clean and in good working older, they also went over the recommended vehicular maintenance the way corporate would suggest.

I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I didn't need an appointment, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. The technicians were super friendly, professional, and efficient. They knocked out the oil change in about 15 minutes, checked my tire pressure, tested my battery, and looked over my lights without any high-pressure sales tactics. Refilled my washer fluid and checked all other fluids. Super convenient, transparent, and quick. I’ll definitely be back! This location is always my go to. I live in Springfield, but the drive to Urbana is always worth it!

I drove in and young lady who was in charge that I wanted a price before we did anything . She insisted she had to scan my car first . I asked her again for the price ! Then she said she couldn’t ! I showed her my coupo , she didn’t try to up sell me or offer me anything else . If my dash warning light hadn’t came on we would have been done right then ! My oil change cost me 109.00 with coupon. They had no paper to print me a receipt nor did I get an invoice. My online receipt said I have an oil leak that they didn’t discuss with me . Your oil tech couldn’t get my plug on correctly and my mechanic is checking everything over to make sure sure he didn’t strip it . I will never use your service again and if there is any damage I will be in touch !

I've been taking my cars to this Valvoline location for a while. The staff is fun, professional, and friendly. The service is quick and efficient - not rushed. Had another great experience today. It's not the Valvoline logo on the building that made me a fan, it's the individuals working at this location that keep me coming back. When it's time for another oil change, this location & team can count on seeing me again!
