  Car wash broke my driver side mirror, manager took pictures and submitted a report for damage… company responded to me via email and said they are not liable for breaking my mirror. I wouldn’t bring my car here if you’re considering it. Will never use this car wash again.

  Horrible computer organization system, staff is really nice and helpful. We have many times tried to cancel our membership and even though the staff has said to us it has been cancelled, we get charged. This has been happening month after month on multiple occasions. This same thing has happened at the last car wash place that was at this exact spot. After actually going in and the staff looking throughly into the matter, we find out that our fast pass is not connected to our license plate. Our last membership was indeed cancelled but that was in 2024 and linked to our license plate. The current membership we have now is not linked to our plate and only to our fast pass. So whenever we go over there to cancel, the staff only looks up the license plate and finds that it has been cancelled when it has not been. The computer keeps record of all the cars and license plates as separate logs so it’s not linked. So whenever you cancel or renew it makes a whole new record instead of linking it all together. This system is very archaic and hard to find which membership to cancel.

  Wonderful car wash/vacuum experience! Only car wash I go to — the car looks sparkling clean and I feel very safe at this location when I bring my kids. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

  Not maintaining equipment. The big rotating brush on driver side has been broken for a long time. Now the lights at the exit, the ones that tell you to “go”are not working. 6-10-26 I nearly ran into the back of a car that wouldn’t move forward. Contacting customer service is a complete joke.
