- SCSherry CrossmanSep 21, 20265.0Needed an oil change. The guys were very professional and thorough. I mentioned that my back left tire was low. They put some air in it and Advise Me to get it looked at ASAP. They also told me my front headlight was out offered to fix it but money is a little low so I said no but thanks for letting me know. Very satisfied customer. Journalist
- JRJeff ReedSep 12, 20265.0Always great Service when going to the Troy, Ohio Location. Been going there for years and I’ve never had an issue always pleasant people to work with!
- AFAmy FergusonSep 12, 20261.0I called Valvoline this morning to clarify and to make sure that they had my oil because my jeep takes a special oil. They told me that they do not have my oil filter, but they do have my oil. So I went and bought an oil filter sat in line for 45 minutes and while I was waiting, they signed me and checked my lights did all the above and then when it was my turn, they tell me I’m sorry we do not carry or will ever carry your oil but if you would like to go purchase it, we will be more than glad to put it in your car for $60.
- QQQueenSep 9, 20265.0Steven and his crew were very friendly and helpful during this process. Fun times were had that early in the morning.
- LLLoriAug 28, 20261.0Steven was loud, rude and obnoxious. Poor customer service when leading me into the service area. Yelling instructions, screaming for me to slow down. I’m 53 years old, I was not driving fast at all. I was humiliated in front of all of the customers. Steven and Felicia seemed confused with if my tire pressure was checked or not. I do not recall them checking my air pressure at all. I used to come here all of the time. Not anymore!!!
