After having my tires installed, I noticed the valve-stem caps were not put back on my car, and there was also a gouge in my rim that appeared to be from it being mishandled during service. I was also given incorrect information and told the tires I purchased qualified for a $100 rebate, only to later find out they did not. Because I was given the wrong information, I was told a $100 credit would be applied to my account. I have followed up multiple times and still have not received the credit or a clear response. Between the gouge in my rim, the missing tire caps, being given incorrect rebate information, and now having to repeatedly chase down the $100 credit I was promised, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I expected much better attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
