  I will never bring my car back here again. Made an appointment over the phone for 12pm for a tire that needs a patch. 3 hours later I called for a status and was told it would be done within the hour, hour and a half later I drove up there and my car was still in the parking spot I left it in untouched. Four and a half hours of my life wasted and I didn’t even get my tire fixed because I would rather give my money to someone reliable.

  Would not recommend this location. From my experience this was a absolute disaster and headache!! I booked a appointment online only for the store to call me and say they would have to reschedule me because appointments they had online that I had already booked was not available. So I got rescheduled over a week out, so I dropped the car off the day before my appointment because I had a appointment the next day at 10am and I had to work. So the next day I get off work and arrived at the store at 5pm and mind you the store closes at 6pm. I go in the service manager is answering phones and not worrying about the line of customers in store and would cut a customer of in mid conversation to answer a phone. After I waited another 20min inline I finally get up to him and he ask what I was there for I told him pick up and what vehicle, he then said hold on as I watched him run out into the shop to see where my car was. He comes back in and say go ahead and have a seat they are finishing up. I said what do you mean i had a appointment at 10 am its 530 pm and the car isn't done and I live 40min from the store and I have my kids with me that has not eaten dinner yet nor have I had time to take a shower!(I just got off work). He responds fast in a unprofessional way and says ya well we have people that have been here since 9am ,then storms out to the garage. I go back out to my ride that brought me to wait in the car . As I am waiting I am looking straight into the garage and I watched a guy pull my vehicle and rack it. He then starts unbolting the rims ..... Almost 6pm and they have not even started changing out the tires!!! I was very irritated and aggravated when I seen that!! They finally get done with my car, its past store operating hrs at this point. I go inside to pay and the service manager starts printing off the receipt and the phone rings he answers it, putting me on the back burner once again!!! He fold up my receipt lays it on the counter and continues to talk on the phone as im waiting I have alot of questions and want to confront him about my experience. He stays on the phone comes to the side of me and whispers you are all good key are in ur car. So I was rushed never got to say what I had to say or ask the questions I had!! I was also supposed to get 2 free oil changes and a discount and never received any of that on top of the worst tire experience I have ever had!!!

  A safety inspection in preparation for a road trip revealed the need to replace the front stabilizer. The staff was very helpful, explained the problem, and the repairs were completed very quickly. The car seems to be running much better. Frank was extremely knowledgeable and I thought he was honest and the price was fair. Many thanks to everyone involved.

  These folks are the best! They do great work on the tires and wheels of my car. If I had a complaint it would be that they're always really busy. Apparently a lot of people think they're great too!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. After having my tires installed, I noticed the valve-stem caps were not put back on my car, and there was also a gouge in my rim that appeared to be from it being mishandled during service. I was also given incorrect information and told the tires I purchased qualified for a $100 rebate, only to later find out they did not. Because I was given the wrong information, I was told a $100 credit would be applied to my account. I have followed up multiple times and still have not received the credit or a clear response. Between the gouge in my rim, the missing tire caps, being given incorrect rebate information, and now having to repeatedly chase down the $100 credit I was promised, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I expected much better attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
