- ESEric SullenbergerJun 24, 20265.0This was the third time in the last couple of years that I've needed to rent a car. I have mostly chosen Enterprise because of their convenient location. How, all three times I have been completely satisfied with the experience. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and quick to troubleshoot problems. One time I had an issue with the vehicle within the hour and they quickly swapped it out for me and another time I was given a free vehicle upgrade. Upon returning a vehicle there was a USB outlet that had been fickle that I just wanted to make them aware of and they asked what they could do to make it right. It wasn't a hassle at all because I just used one of the other outlets to charge my phone. Any problems that I have had were annoyances with the make/model of the vehicle and not with rental service. I hope I don't have to rent more, but I know where I am going if I do.

I'm older and unfortunately the car I was given, a BMW, made it extremely difficult for me to enter and exit. I went back to the office and they immediately called the insurance company and got authorization for a larger vehicle. Great work by the Troy Enterprise staff. They knew exactly who to call to authorize the upgrade. Will certainly use them in the future.
- SPSeth PaceMay 30, 20262.0Getting a car was easy. Trying to call and talk to a representative about returning is terrible. Left on hold for 10 minutes at a time to get hung up on multiple times without them even saying so much as "hello". Definitely dont recommend to help you once they have your credit card info.
