  I've been going here for years. This used to be the same one guy who would change your oil in like ten minutes. Now it's a gaggle of dudes who want to check everything and an upsell culture. It took an hour and a half. That's why this spot always looks busy now. On the printout report, it was stated that the oil indicator light was reset. It was not. Makes me wonder about all the other stuff. Oil was pulled out the top. Hood was left greasy. Comfort, speed, and trust are gone now.

  I was there yesterday and found out today my coolant is almost empty. Not looking forward to having to make a special trip to do this myself after spending $100+ there and it’s something that should have been checked… not to mention, this is exactly unsafe!
