  This morning I got a low tire pressure warning and headed straight to Tuffy Tire Toledo without an appointment, expecting a long wait. To my surprise, they took me in right away. The diagnosis was quick and accurate, and they had my flat tire patched and ready to go in under 20 minutes. What made it even better? Since it was a simple fix, they didn't charge me a thing. I was truly touched by their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend — these folks are the real deal!

  I live near this business and its not the first time in many years I have had to limp one of my vehicles up into their parking lot for emergent help. Once again, the owner and employees showed my children and I incredible kindness and fixed my tire so we could get on with our day. 10/10 recommend.

  I can't even give enough stars for how great these guys were! I came in for a tire inspection, my back tires were leaking air. I had been told my tires were rusted on, the last place "couldnt" get them off. The Tuffy guys got them off no problem, and patched one of them. Told me I needed a new rim, and that it would be $25 to put it on when I got it. I called two days later, they remembered me immediately, and got me an appointment within 2 hours. Quick and easy, they swapped my old rim to the new one, even saved my tire pressure sensor! I was ready to pay, even a little extra, and they said all they wanted was a 5⭐️ review! Done and done, guys! Thank you thank you thank you for the great work and amazing customer service! This is 100% my new auto shop!

  Ryan was so helpful! My tire was leaking air bad due to a small hole on a Sunday & it was also Father’s Day I had to call so many places to try and get help. So grateful that I ended up at Tuffy with someone like Ryan who was able to help me and solve the issue within minutes. Also, whoever I spoke to on the phone before arrival was very kind, patient & informative. Thank you

  Highly Recommended – Tuffy Auto Service Center at Laskey and Jackman is the real deal! I’ve been taking all of my vehicles to Tuffy Auto Service Center for years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Manager Bob has always treated me more than fairly, no matter what car I bring in or what service it needs. His honesty and straightforward approach are refreshing in this industry. The entire crew is outstanding, but I especially want to shout out Charlie and Ryan. Even on the manager’s day off, they stepped right up and took care of me the right way — professional, thorough, and genuinely looking out for the customer. They’ve earned my complete trust. The prices are always more than fair, the work is done right the first time, and I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of. When I need service on any of my cars, I don’t even think twice — I’m heading straight to the Tuffy at Laskey and Jackman. If you want honest, quality auto service with people who actually care, look no further. Five stars all the way!
