  Very friendly and fast service! They helped me out by plugging my tire and got it taken care of as quickly as possible. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend them!

  My car needed extensive work. Specifically a broken suspension spring brought me in to the shop. The mechanics looked over my car, gave me a comprehensive list what needed to be addressed first, prioritized repairs that I needed first, showed me pictures of my vehicle parts that needed repaired, and yes I’m a hundred percent certain they are from my car, showed me where future issues may arrived. The text message technology that this Tuffy uses is amazing, I was able to see on my cell phone in minutes what was wrong with my car, and I was able to pick what to authorize work on first. Rocky the manager took time to explain to me why the repairs were prioritized as they were. Almost like we was caring for a patient, but it was my car. He knows cars. Seriously. Anyway. Here’s my highest compliment. I’m going back to get my oil changed there now. I can change it, but I’m justifying it by paying for the inspection, just like I go to my doctor when I should. Thanks Rocky and Tuffy!
