  So I went up there this morning before they opened to check my oil to make sure there was no coolant in it before I called this morning from the water pump leak I have. I felt like they were stacking labor costs. Trying to get 17 hours of Labor for a at Max 12 hour job. Which I was willing to pay 12 hrs. Yes, I understood the process that needed to be done but even when I let them know I had recieved a second quote that aligned with all research done, and advice (from a mechanic, just not in Ohio) they still would not lower. That’s $745 more than what was needed. So I declined and took my care elsewhere. Do the research on your car and the things that need to be fixed, how they are fixed, and the time it takes to fix them before agreeing to anything!!!!

  I think Jason is an amazing mechanic. He listens carefully and conveys what he's found and what he's done to remedy.

  Do not bring your car here. I came in to have a simple AC condenser replace they charged me $1,000 to do that and messed my front bumper cover up and my headlights were out of line with the fenders when I got the car back. Of course they claim the car looks the same as when I brought it in LOL go figure

  Never take your car here.. they keep your car for 10 days never order the parts and when you ask for updates they laugh at you or hang up on you.
