  Im not so sure you want to ask me that right now. How was my visit? 9th time ive been back to the shop for the same issue...started as an alternator issue....still an issue. They've had my car for days and said they called in someone more experienced because theyre stumped but wont even really let me explain what I believe is the underlying issue. Almost 2k later and it still has the same issue. Ive reached out to a regional manager who hasn't called me or messaged me back. I still have no idea what's going on with the car and yet youre sending me prompts for a review. Forgot about corporate we already know they cant be bothered. Ive been with these shops for years but one thing I know for sure is I wont be back after this is resolved. No matter what. Has been the most disheartening and worst experiences ive ever had with an auto shop. If I explained further all the experiences since late Feb and early March one would have to question why anyone would use their services. Nobody wants to be bothered and its everyone else's fault. I have 7 service orders documented and twice where they didnt even enter my repairs into the system. 9 times since Feb. For an alternator that they never secured on the first repair. And thats just the tip of it all. So in closing. How was my visit/services? Frustrating, expensive and still no resolve and nobody cares to be bothered.

  The staff at Monro Tire saved my holiday. They were patient, detailed, and worked swiftly and precisely to repair my tire and get me on the road again. The prices were actually extremely reasonable. Thank you again for helping me!

  Went to this shop on 6/10/26 to get my AC recharged. Literally 7 days later it stopped working and is blowing hot air. Called the shop to let them know and they told me to come back in but that it would be a charge for them to look at it again and determine what’s wrong. Wanted to keep my car overnight which I declined. I will never go back to this place. They ripped me off for $300.

  I wouldn’t give any stars, but it made me give at least one. I took my vehicle here and totally regret it. Put in a call to the corporate office and they still haven’t called back. I had my truck here for two days. They charged me $660 And That’s them not fixing anything. They charged me that much to look at it and told me it would be $7000 to actually fix it. Just to replace the fuel rails and injectors and a vacuum pump for the brakes $7000 is extremely excessive!! Which believe it or not I’m having fixed at the dealership for way less. Upon removing the fuel rails we found out that the 2 injectors I replaced with new ones, were switched out with old used injectors by these people!! So they got me for about $900!! And still no call from corporate!! I don’t recommend you take your vehicle to this location on Alexis And Jackman. They are a total rip off. Again $7,000!?!? Really?!! And the fact that corporate has not even bothered to return a call, has me furious. These people will never get my business again. I’m on a very limited income, getting disability checks and only get paid once a month I can’t afford to throw away my money. They completely took advantage of me! Don’t use this place! Go anywhere else, but here!!!

  I had an appointment to have a tire patched, oil change, and tire pressure sensor replaced. First off, I got sent to India or Pakistan when I called and I couldn't talk to the store to find out if they could complete the work same day until after I booked an appointment with the call center. My appointment was at 5pm. I arrived at 4:45 and didn't have my car in the shop until over an hour later at about 5:45. There was only one customer in front of me who said he'd been there since 10am and was still waiting. Another employee was working on his car while the other sat around the shop eating chips and playing on his phone... Instead of working on my car. Around 6:15 work started and finished just after 7:30. The employee I was told was the manager was rude and vague about timing and in no hurry to help. When I got rung up the price was different than quoted over the phone, THAT HE CONFIRMED TO ME IN THE STORE and the patch was $30 which is exceptionally high. I was able to get him to correct the oil change price but with a bit of resistance. When I left, the oil change sticker was never placed in my vehicle so I have to use a piece of tape to mark my next change. Skip this place all together.
