  Was having issues with my car starting & stalling while idle. I had to take it to this location, because I was in a bind. They diagnosed the issue as the auxiliary battery and charged me $500 to replace it. This did nothing to fix the issue, it died at an intersection only a few hours after I picked it up & then also had issues starting later that night. Contacted the place I normally get it fixed and their records said they just replaced the auxiliary battery only six months previous and that should not have been the issue. Not only did they replace a part that didn't actually need to be replaced, didn't even fix the issue, they also overcharged me by at least $300. Called Monro Corporate and they basically said oh well too bad. I'm out $500 and still have a car that's not properly working and I'm going to have to shell out more money to get it properly diagnosed and fixed. Absolutely awful scam artists.

  Very friendly staff but I took it in for an oil leak. Got it back. Next morning I walked to my car and the oil leak was still there.

  We unexpectedly had a low tire that turned out to a nail in it. We were serviced in a timely fashion!

  I walked in for service in the early part of July. I waited in line while there were two ahead of me. There was one person at the service desk trying to do everything. Another person was on the phone talking to a customer like they were good old buddies, remembering old times and one short guy Dressed in navy blue shirt and pants, just staring at me. After the other two gentlemen were helped I continue to wait while the guy in the blue Never asked if I needed any help. It was like he didn’t really care so I left Never going back there again at least not at that location.

  I had a horrible experience and will NEVER use Monro or recommend them to anyone. I was quoted and confirmed an oil change for 49.99 and when I got by bill, it was well over $100. I explained my concern to the manager and he said it was a corporate policy to use the full synthetic oil which I never requested and never used on my vehicle. The manager did not help at all and deflected any type of responsibility, just blaming corporate. To make things worse, they didn’t even check my tire pressure and all four tire needed air. I asked the manager to do this which he did, but still didn’t get the pressure at the correct level and I had to do it myself afterwards. I’m surprised this location is still in business knowing how poorly it’s being managed/operated.
