  Very unprofessional. I have been doing business with these guys for at least 3 years. I specifically asked for Julius and I asked him specifically is there any thing you guys dont do? He responded no body work. I ask again, is there anything else? He responds we only dont do body work. I paid a tow truck 100 to drop off my car and David had a whole problem because my car didn't have a battery( FYI I struggled for a battery previously) then I was called the next day and was told I have to come get my car and I only have 3 days at the most because they dont do engine work and his boss has clientele and im taking up space. Never again. The one Caucasian manager moved to Columbus or Cleveland 3 years ago. He was a good man. Julius and his crew are not to be trusted. Then I called the second day to ask if he could remove a rubber flap covering my vin number so I could get my out of state vehicle registered with the state.( i got my car towed because I had no license plate and I had to spend my battery money) he said he was gonna call back. He never did the 3rd day i went to get it and I asked him how much he's gonna charge me. I got look at it and there's nothing done. He then proceeds to keep arguing with me over the phone talking over me and over and definitely wasn't listening to what I had to say. He just kept talking over me constantly I couldn't get one sentence out. Very unprofessional. Ill trust a backyard mechanic before I go back here to the Jefferson location or monroe period!

  The service was exceptional. Julius was kind, attentive to my concerns and followed up quickly with a complete explanation. I would definitely use them again for my service needs.

  Julius was incredible! I had a problem with my work vehicle and he pushed me ahead to get me in and out quick so I could get back on the road working. Very nice and professional.

  Julius and his team were amazing as usual! This particular store is always so helpful and so timely. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I trust them wholeheartedly and really value their advice and great service. Thank you for always being awesome. It's nice to count on you guys.
