This place was recommended to me twice through Silver rock because, this is one of the repair shops authorized to do work. The first time I was told Julius that He would have information by the end of the day. Called at the end of the day. It was not looked at told the following day. When I picked my car up.. the check engine light was off. Came back on a couple days later. I made another appointment to have work done before my warranty runs out. I was given an appointment to drop it off on Sunday between 1&5. Received several appointment reminders. Got there Sunday.. they were closed. Long story short. Dropped my car off on Sunday.. picked up the following Monday. After being told I will call you with information several times by Julius then the 8th day.. I have to have my lead look at it. I picked up my car with no work done. He tells me it needed a battery to check on it. It’s an auto repair shop.. put one in for the testing. Then he tried to sell me one for $350 told me he call Autozone they told him a price close to. I called while he was on the phone got one from Autozone new almost $200 cheaper. After 8 days of having my car. He told me that he didn’t know what was going on with my car but, He wouldn’t have time to repair it anyway and, I should go to a dealership. Waste of time! I would NEVER recommend this place.

Julius and his team were exceptional! I had a tire that needed repair. They were so courteous and got me in and out in a timely manner for a great price. This is the place to go. They really take care of you!

Took them 4 working days to diagnose. A blown water pump. 6 more to fix it. Don't know what was going on, short staffed, parts, etc. Regardless, I'm not going back.

We came in late Friday from southern Ohio for Jeep Fest weekend and had two wheel studs break off on the highway. Dave and Matt got us in Friday night and looked at my wheel and had me all fixed up first thing Saturday.they went above and beyond to help me out! I highly recommend this location! Super nice and speedy!! Thank you again!!
