  Called at about 9 a.m. to get prices on tires. I was told they had a customer and would call me back, which was fine. But by 2 p.m., I still hadn’t received a call back, so I called again and was told they were still too busy to give me a price. I will gladly go somewhere else.

  Always bring my vehicles here and have been for 8 years. Not sure what is going on lately. Took my car here for service last weekend. Regular store manage Danielle was out of town, so Jason from Fort Wayne was subbing. Amazing service from Jason and the team Saturday. Unfortunately they didn’t have parts available for my car and Danielle was supposed to get back with me the following Monday after she got in at 2pm with detailed instructions from Jason to call me, see about ordering my part from the dealer, etc. He even left my ticket open in the system. No call. So I decided to see if she’d call Tuesday, since I knew she had been out for about a week. Nothing. Guess I’m taking my car elsewhere to get the problem fixed this time. I’m not hounding them down to give them my business. I will probably still use them in the future as they do a good job and in a timely manner but I hope this bad experience is a one and only occurrence.

  I have taken my car here on numerous occasions, but after today, I will shopping around if something happens again. Gave me a quote that was ~$500 and then get an invoice of over $600. They try to tell you one thing, and charge you more. To top it off, the man working the counter was mumbling something under his breath that probably wasn't too kind. Completely unprofessional. Unfortunate because I've brought my car here so many times and had stellar service and great prices. The one positive through it all is that my car was worked on in a timely fashion.

  Our car broke down while in town over the weekend. We were quoted a great price so we left it with them for a few days while they fixed it. Even though they had some unexpected trouble they honored the original quote, which was very nice. With us being from out of town their customer service team did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the status and may be the friendliest most helpful team I've ever worked with. Every conversation I had with them was friendly and helpful. If I ever have trouble while in the Maumee/Toledo area again I will definitely be calling here first.
