  My experience was very good. They gave me an upgrade because they didn't have a compact SUV, and it was a nice car. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is going to be the first and last time I seek out enterprise’s services- and I was a third party contractor for their VSA’s so really it’s my fault and I should’ve already known what kind of service I was going to get walking in here. No where online did it mention that using a debit card would require a verification process, involving bills or statements with my address on them. I picked credit card online as I was trying to take advantage of a deal, but had trouble finding my purse and subsequently the card this morning. Luckily, I keep my license and debit card on my key ring for a reason. My car was the victim of a hit and run- so I have my partner drive me to this entperprise, she leaves as she has appointments to get to, only to find out this information at the store and be left stranded an hour away from the place I was staying at bc there is nothing else that they can do. I’m currently walking my way home on the side of a road with no sidewalk because of enterprises policies and lack of transparency. What a load of bs I will be taking my needs and my money to the next rental company with the hopes that they can leap over a bar that’s already in hell

  The people were great but the over the phone person sent me to the wrong place and almost didn’t get a car. I’d call the place your picking up to make sure you don’t waste your time
