  Enterprise made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly the entire time I had it. Customer service was professional, friendly, and fast — they made me feel genuinely taken care of instead of just another customer. Pickup and return were easy, communication was clear, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service and a quality vehicle.

  After an absolutely horrible experience with another Enterprise location, the team at Enterprise on Alexis Road in Toledo completely turned our day around. We were in a stressful situation after arriving to pick up a reserved vehicle elsewhere only to find out they had no cars available. We were trying to get on the road to Washington, D.C., and honestly felt stranded and defeated. Then we called the Alexis Road location — and they came through in a BIG way. Nathaniel was outstanding from start to finish. Professional, calm, helpful, and genuinely caring. He treated us with urgency and respect, and you could immediately tell he actually cared about helping customers instead of just pushing them aside. Even though we had to drive extra time to get to Toledo, it ended up being 100% worth it because this team had a vehicle ready and got us back on track quickly. The process was smooth, the customer service was excellent, and the entire experience restored our faith in Enterprise. Huge thank you to Nathaniel and the Alexis Road team for stepping up when we really needed help. You saved our trip and turned a terrible day into a positive one. THIS is what customer service is supposed to look like. Highly recommend this location.
