  I booked online, went into the location and got my rental within 10 minutes. It was amazing service and ill definitely only using enterprise from now on.

  I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 14th and Washington in downtown Toledo for a weekend trip. When I returned around noon, I discovered that my BMW X3, which I had left at the location, had been broken into. What made the situation even more upsetting was learning that the manager was already aware of the break-in when she arrived that morning, but no one contacted me or called the police to report the crime. I had to find out when I returned to the store. I was also never warned that vehicle break-ins reportedly happen frequently in this area, and there were no signs advising customers not to leave their personal vehicles on the property. If Enterprise knows this is an ongoing concern, customers should be clearly informed before parking there. Enterprise needs better security measures, warning signs, cameras, and clear procedures for immediately contacting customers and law enforcement when a crime occurs on its property. I trusted this location with my vehicle, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.

  People are nice enough and professional, but after picking a vehicle the last few times but having to go with "something similar" when I go to pick up, has become beyond frustrating.
