  They will screw with your car. Had to spend $200 on fixing my car after they touched it. Wild and so sad

  They sold my son a 1200 W amp for $500 for his two 12’s because he wanted them to be louder. I asked the associate if this is an amp he can grow his system with if he wants louder speakers down the road. He assured me it could handle pretty much anything. It can’t even handle his 12’s. It cuts out constantly and goes into protection mode because the speakers are apparently pulling 1500W! They also sold him a bunch of wiring he didn’t need. Totally took advantage of a young man. And they wouldn’t let him return the wiring. Scammers.

  My husband had called and made me an appointment to get a car starter installed for my birthday. I get there at 9 am when they open and that’s when my appointment was, there were a couple people in front of me (no big deal) I get up to the register and tell the guy that I have an appointment at 9 for a car starter, he takes me over to the wall and shows me the options I have, I pick one and we go back up to the register to give him my keys and what not. He tells me it’s going to be $535. When my husband called to make the appointment he said it was going to be around $300 as they were running a sale. He tells me it’s going to be ready sometime this afternoon( it was roughly 9:10 at this point) what was the point of making an appointment if I have to wait 3+ hours? Anyways, I called my husband after I give him my keys and I told him what happened and told him he said it was going to be $500+ and he said no, when I made the appointment I told them I wanted the sale price that they were advertising. Literally when you call the store the greeting said “car starters starting at $299” AND on their sign when you pull into the parking lot says “Car starter sale” I go back inside and tell the guy that when my husband made the appointment it was supposed to be $300ish and the guy kind of looked at me like I was talking a different language and said “We don’t run sales on car starters, and the only time we do is on Black Friday and they only go as low as $450” I asked for my keys back and left because you aren’t going to lie right to my face like that. Anyways, took my car to TAS electronics a couple days later, paid $360 for my car starter and they had it done in an hour and half!

  Had a drop off appointment at 9am for window tint.... Didn't receive a phone call untill a hour before closing time to tell me my car hadn't been touched and won't be done... They could do the tint later that night after closing but I wouldn't be able to pick up until Monday because they are closed Sunday🤔🤔🤔... Said I could just come pick the car up and drive it back up there again another day this week as if my car didn't sit there all day already.... If your going to do the car after hours then why not call before being finished so it could be picked up being the stuff was already paid for lol.... Disappointed I canceled on another tint person to come back here
