  If you cherish your vehicle, I would not bring it here. I recently had an alignment done on my 1972 Dodge Charger, and after pulling into my driveway I noticed a decent sized dent that was not there before the service along with some others. There is a medium dent in the passenger side fender, and two small ones on the driver side. Not only did they brace themselves on the top of the fenders so hard you could see the entire fender flex while they were tightening the camber bolts, but I was inside the service bay as they were doing their job and heard a loud bang on the passenger side of the car about halfway through the alignment process. The car was up in the air at the time so I was not able to see what happened, but they did not seem to be careful with handling their tools around the car and nearly struck it a few times before that, so I can only assume a ratchet or wrench of some kind made contact with the top of the fender. While they did correctly align the steering and it was a reasonable price, the gentlemen working on the car were extremely negligent with what they were doing, and this is the result of that carelessness. I ended up calling and asking about it the next day and they denied having anything to do with it, claiming that they "used fender covers" as if that would prevent a whack from a large ratchet. The person on the phone got extremely defensive/disrespectful after the accusation, so I ended up calling corporate and submitting a ticket afterward. These fenders were flawless before the service, the paint and bodywork on this car costed me thousands of dollars in materials along with a few years worth of work, and I did not plan to be pushing dents out of it because someone was not paying attention. Overall not a good experience, and I will not be coming back.

  Just had 4 tires replaced and a headlamp changed. I thought the crew was timely, efficient and very professional. Will return and do business again.

  Called to get a quote on replacing a rack and pinion. Gave make model etc. and was quoted around 300 for the part. After towing my truck there the part went up to $550 along with a full list of unnecessary repair recommendations. 20 year olds working the counter with minimal communication and customer service skills. I have 4 vehicles and used to take them all to Belle Tire. After the acquisitions that corporate did the quality of the experience has gone way down. Good luck winning repeat business with those kind of team members and ridiculous prices!
