A couple weeks ago, I was driving and could tell something was very wrong. I had it towed to them. The coil spring on the strut had broke and punctured my tire! I called and they said they would be watching for it. They called to tell me the damage. Had it back before the end of the day. Today I had wheel bearings replaced. They went above and beyond to take care of me. They are always very nice. They dont talk down to me because I'm a woman, and in my experience, alot of mechanic shops do unfortunately do that. They try to get the best price possible. I highly recommend them. John and Ethan have both been awesome.
