- TTThomasAug 25, 20265.0Took my 2014 Ford Escape in for a Synthetic oil change and was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up about an hour later! Not only did they use Mobile1 products, the bill WITH TAX AND DISPOSAL FEES WAS LESS THAN 44$! Note: Needless to say that they are my new favorite oil change shop! The Firestone 200yds down the street quoted me over $115.00!!!
- CCConDragon5Aug 17, 20261.0After going to Belle tires for over 20 years, it seems that they have put the incorrect oil in my vehicle and then upon them inspecting it, Bell tire corporate decided not to have the oil tested. They refused to give a sample of the oil so I can test it without a subpoena. It is unfortunate that they will not honor their mistake and it is unfortunate that Belle tire corporate decided that was the route they wanted to take rather than pay for a test of the oil and refusing to give oil to me that I paid for previously. In my eyes it is shady and it is theft. I would not recommend trusting these people with your vehicle because any damage they cause they will not correct. And after 20 years of using them at other locations I will no longer return to this franchise because of their shady practices. And In retort to their response please recognize they are the ones that made that decision and actually have no real intention of discussing anything being they want me to subpoena them for my own oil. It has not been a pleasure

They were going to be busy the next morning so he said he would call me when I could get in. I was able to get my tires early afternoon. Zach helped me cash out. They were all very professional and helpful. The tires look very nice on my truck.
