  I came in yesterday morning and spoke to a guy named Greydon. He was extremely dry, not necessarily rude, but he obviously didn’t want to be bothered. I showed him a picture of the bolt in my tire and asked if it could be repaired. He said “yea leave it it’ll be about 3 or 4 hours” I asked if I could make an appointment and he replied “we don’t do same day appointments”. I checked the website and there were appointments available for 3pm and 4pm. I booked for 4, came back and gave Greydon my keys. After sitting for a few minutes Nicole(I’m assuming she’s the manager) yelled out “you know it’s still going to be like 3 or 4 hours right?” I said “you want me to wait 4 hours to have a tire patched when I have an appointment?” She said “yea well I still have 5 cars ahead of you so umm yea ”. She never actually said hello, she was loud and rude. It wasn’t my fault they were behind. Instead of saying “excuse me, I know you have an appointment, but we’re running behind” I got yelling from across the room. Friends told me she was rude and he had a bad attitude (both were mentioned by name) and to go somewhere other than the Franklin Park location. I just went to the closest place attempting not to blow a $500 tire. Instead of matching energy and yelling back, I just asked for my keys back. Greydon did apologize at that point, but the whole situation should have been handled differently. I took it to Midas and was home within the hour. If I could give zero stars I would. Never again.

  I got new tires here in February. When I recently got an oil change, I was advised they were unbalanced. So I went back today 7-23-26 at about 12:15 pm. On the way there, my low tire pressure came on and I had ran over a huge, unusual piece of metal and was losing air fast. They told me they couldn't see me until Saturday!! Two days later. Really?? Went next door to Discount Tire and although a 2 hr wait, they saw me and replaced my tire for an excellent price and such excellent service. And....gave me a warranty on all four tires. It was not safe to drive and now Discount Tires has my business!! Don't go to this Belle Tire location. They don't care

  I took my tire to the Belle Tire on Monroe Street in Toledo, Ohio to get patched. I told the guy what I needed and he asked for the make and model of the car and I told him. Another employee that was not helping me asked which tire and started getting real excited. He said multiple times that's like a $300 tire. He said it looks like its on the rim. I told him no its not I parked it a week ago and the psi is the same as when I parked it. He went outside to look at and came racing in and said yup its on the rim. I told him try to fix the tire and if not either put that tire on or the spare and I will tell my husband. They didnt call me to tell me that they couldn't fix the tire. I had to call and see if it was done and when I got there the had the spare on with the old car in the trunk. The spare that was on had the same psi as the one that had the nail in. I ended up taking the tire to the dealership and they were able to patch the tire without any issue.
