  Let me start off by saying that I have been a customer at this location pretty much my entire adult life, They have always given me excellent service and managed to fit me in even to the busiest of schedules. But this visit was far from the five star service that I expect from this location. I contacted the store several days earlier and ordered a set of tires for my car made the appointment giving plenty of time For the tires to come in and the tires did come in. So I arrived for my appointment Monday morning and I was there about 10 minutes before eight and I know this is before they open, but there was already another customer in the waiting room so I didn’t feel like I was too early. I was greeted at the door and told that the entire computer system companywide is down and they can’t do anything without it, Basically telling me I could come back later or if I wanted to, I could wait in the waiting room for the computers to come back up. Now look I’m not a mechanic And I am certainly not a computer genius but I don’t think the garage doors or the air guns need the computer to operate. Seems to me like they could still perform the service that I was requesting without the computers up and running, but again I’m not a genius at that stuff. Anyway, after a one hour wait the computers came back up and work began on my car. I was getting four brand new tires. And they suggested that I have a free alignment check done while the car was in today and I gracefully agreed. I also asked if the mechanic could look at my brake lining while he had my tires off and take a picture of them so I know how much life I have left in my brakes. Surprisingly, the four tire service only took just slightly over one hour that made me happy I thought for sure. I would be there all day. I even packed a Lunch. When I was called up to pay for my Service the amount that he requested for me was way more than what I was quoted the Friday before when I ordered the tires. I made him aware of that and promptly adjusted the bill. Then I asked what they found when they did the front end alignment that was free and he said they forgot to do it and they are backed up and would not be able to get to it today Then I asked about the brake lining well, conveniently they forgot to check that too while they had the wheels off. Now that ticked me off big time, but I kept my mouth shut paid my bill and left. This is not Service that is expected from Their standards are much higher than this. I don’t know if I would return or not at this point.

  I dropped my car off at an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10:00am. I called at 3:00pm when I hadn't heard anything. I thought 5 hours was more than ample time for those services, especially with an appointment. However I was told over the phone that they hadn't even taken my car back yet and that it couldn't even be promised same day at all. When dropping off and picking up I was not greeted and left ignored standing at the counter. Blasting music thunders from all the open overhead doors.

  Great people to work with and great place I live in Maybee mi other belle tire 5 miles a way lot better help at this one only place I will come back to

  I had an excellent experience at Belle Tire. Michael was professional, patient, and very helpful in explaining my financing options and walking me through the best solution. Q did an excellent job repairing my Jeep, and the work was completed efficiently within a few hours while I waited on a busy Saturday. I truly appreciate the great customer service and quality work from the entire team!
